How To Make 2018 Your Best Year Yet

Happy New Year, everyone!

My all time favorite holiday is New Year’s. Not because you can get dressed up and clink glasses of champagne with your best friends…but because it’s a new beginning. As someone who personally loves Sunday nights and getting ready for a new work week, New Year’s is kind of like the ultimate Sunday night. You get to plan, organize, reevaluate and self reflect, which are things I love to do and find to be so important for mental health.
