Today I want to share a super simple recipe that I kind of sort of got from the grocery store and then tweaked it to make it my own! The recipe initially called for vanilla pudding, heavy cream, lemon zest, and a jar of cinnamon banana jam from Vela Farms (made in texas of course!). The Cinnamon Banana Chiffon pie was SO good! But it was also reallllly sweet. So I played around with it a bit and here’s what I ended up with!

So instead of using the cinnamon banana jam, I just whisked together 1.5 cups of milk and the instant vanilla pudding mix. I added in about a handful of chocolate chips and mixed those in as well. Then I poured that on to a pie crust and tossed it in the fridge for about 20 minutes. And voila! It’s super simple but it’s an easy pleasing dessert.
